In the Zimmer Communications Client Spotlight series, we’ll be featuring different business owners’ answers to questions about what it’s like working with Zimmer Communications. This week’s featured business is Mid MO Telcom & Security LLC. Owners Sheila and Nicholas Neikamp took time out of a busy schedule to talk with us. Here’s what they said:
What issues were you facing or new results were you seeking to achieve?
Their biggest issue was just people knowing what all they had to offer. They are kind of a one stop shop and people just don’t or didn’t know what their list of services were that they could offer. Radio helps them be heard!
How has our company/solution helped you?
It has helped to cover a larger area quicker. They used to do billboards and other radio and while they were “seen” no one really knew WHAT they did. Radio not only gets their name out there it also helps people to hear what they do based on our strategy.
Specifically, in what ways have we (our solution) improved your business (or your job or your life)?
As they said in the previous questions asked, just getting an explanation of what they offer out there – saturating the listening area. Keeping their name in peoples minds. When they think security, we want them to think Mid MO Telecom!
If a potential new customer of ours asked why they should buy from us and what benefits or outcomes they should expect, what would you say in response?
Just do it! Mike is great. He never tries to sell you more then what he thinks is potentially the best fit for your business. Secondly, stick with it. Radio works but not if you are hit and miss with it. Do it… let it work for you!
